Stephanie is a 200 RYT (Registered yoga teacher) and has been practicing yoga when she was 17 years old. Throughout the years she practiced off and on, and dabbled in several different types of yoga including Ashtanga, Iyengar, Yin and Restorative. However, in 2011 she discovered her real passion for yoga and began to practice regularly. As her yoga practice developed so did her interest in the philosophical side of yoga. This led her to do a 200-hour yoga teacher training program at Dragonfly Yoga and Wellness. Stephanie loves the practice of yoga because it helps to calm her busy mind, and gives her both mental and physical balance. She teaches a wide range classes from power yoga, for more athletic students, to gentle slow flow classes at our yoga studio.
