Hello, I'm Linda. Yoga has sprinkled a beautiful awareness into my life, and my heart is set on guiding others to discover their unique journey to inner peace through this transformative practice. As a yoga instructor, my purpose is to offer unwavering support as individuals gracefully navigate the asanas (poses), merging breath and movement into a harmonious dance.
My personal yoga journey began in 2012, an enriching complement to my years in group exercise. Since my yoga training in April 2013, it has become my heartfelt mission to share the joys of yoga with as many souls as possible. With a nurturing and grounded approach, my aim is to help others find the serenity that yoga has gifted me.
While I've been teaching and leading group exercise since 1980, holding a certification for over twenty-five years from the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA), it's within the realm of yoga that my true passion lies. In my Vinyasa Flow classes, I infuse creativity and joy, incorporating elements of awareness, chakra balancing, and relaxation.
