Check back often because we'll be adding some great new classes and some exciting Instructors! If you’re interested in attending or teaching feel free to contact us, we'd love to talk to you. How to attend a class: Before leaving for a class, please don't forget to check our website or call the studio to find out about any last-minute schedule changes or cancellations.
All classes are open to "drop-ins", so in order to attend a class there is no need to sign up or call in advance--just show up at the studio at your desired class time.

  • Payment can be made by cash, check, credit card or "membership" (see pricing section).
  • It is best to arrive ten minutes early so class can start promptly.
  • Wear or bring your favorite comfortable, loose-fitting clothing and change in our changing rooms.
  • It is recommended not to practice yoga on a full stomach; wait at least 60 minutes after eating a meal to attend a class.
  • We encourage you to bring your own bottled water in case you feel dehydrated.
  • Last but not least, it is highly recommended to have tons of fun.
